THEO 423 - Hope in Times of Crisis 3 Credit Hours Introduces interdisciplinary approaches to the question of hope in light of contemporary socio-political and environmental injustices. Explores how constructions of hope may contribute to ethical responses to issues such as climate change, racial injustice, economic inequity, and beyond. Draws on theological traditions-including but not limited to process theology, ecotheology, radical theology, and womanist theology-to craft sufficiently robust concepts of hope for addressing contemporary concerns.
Prerequisites: THEO111 or CORE105
