GERM 331 - Migration & Multiculturalism 3 Credit Hours This course pursues critical questions about how migration and multiculturalism have shaped German society over generations. Drawing on a broad range of source materials (journalistic texts, excerpts from legal documents and political platforms; museum catalogues and digitized artifacts; film; literature; and music, students will develop a strong appreciation of how Germany’s internal debates resonate with pressing discussions in Europe and the USA. Taught in German.
