SPMG 380 - Diversity & Inclusion in Sport

The course is designed to examine differences among people and how these difference are important to sport organizations. Topics related to race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, ability, and social class will be explored. Discussions will focus on strategies for managing diversity, creating inclusive culture, determining best practices, and incorporating diversity training within the sport industry.
