DANC 153 - Stretch Class 1 Credit Hours This is a study of exercises and movement to music to promote fitness and body control in preparing for dance development. The class combines elements of stretching and strength building exercises using yoga, Pilates and ballet. Basic anatomy is covered as a foundation for control of the muscles and bone structure of the body.
