HIST 233 - Women In American History 3 Credit Hours This course examines the central experiences of diverse groups of American women from the colonial era to the present. We will focus on women’s political activism, paid and unpaid labor, individual and collective relationships, the emergence of modern feminism, women and war, and consumer culture. The course will also explore the changing nature and meanings of masculinity and femininity.
