SOCI 362 - Technologies of Gender 3 Credit Hours Examination of the ways in which women’s bodies are both constructed and deconstructed in post modern culture and the ethical, social, and political implications of these processes for the well-being of women. We will focus on technologies of gender, i.e., those sets of cultural practices that make the body gendered.
Prerequisites: Undergraduate level THEO111 Minimum grade of D and Undergraduate level PHIL100 Minimum grade of D
