The Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Quality and Process Improvement is designed for working healthcare professionals seeking to enhance their skills in improving the quality and efficiency of their institution. Participants will learn evidence-based methods to enhance patient safety, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and lead transformative changes in their institutions. In addition, all credits earned in this certificate program are fully transferable to Xavier’s Executive Master of Health Services Administration (EMHSA) program, providing a seamless pathway for those who wish to further advance their education and leadership capabilities.

Admission Criteria
- Complete Online Application
- One official transcript directly from all colleges or universities that you have attended for any undergraduate and graduate course work. Applicants must have a bachleor’s degree from a regionally accredited university.
- Submit current resume. It must indicate 1 or more years of healthcare experience, or similar.
- 1 Letter of Recommendation from current or former supervisor
- Statement of Intent. The statement should address your career aspirations and how the certificate will assist you in achieving them. The length should be 500 - 750 words.
