Delivering the nationally ranked and recognized Executive MBA in 16 months, Xavier’s EMBA program prepares students to lead business and organizations.  At its core lie two intensive consulting projects that encompass the majority of the program.  Thru applied learning, data mining & analysis, and presenting results to corporate clients, EMBA students take part in a transformational education process makes them master’s of business strategy & implementation, innovation & design, enterprise scale vision & understanding, and ethical & value-adding leadership.  Team-based collaborative learning is a hallmark of the program, resulting in a personal and business network made up of student peers, program alumni, and well-versed faculty.  The fast-paced condensed learning format consists of  all-day, every other Friday & Saturday sessions on Xavier’s main campus in Cincinnati, Ohio.  New student cohorts are welcomed each fall term.  A mandatory global immersion takes students to multinational markets & corporations as well as instilling study of global culture & practices.
