EDFD 501 - Introduction to Education

3 Credit Hours
This course introduces and critiques the teaching profession through a foundational, historical, and pedagogical approach. The student will examine the complexities and necessary dispositions of teaching as a profession while engaging in planning, implementing, and assessing standards-based lesson plans. 25-hour field experience is required.
