HIST 434 - SEM: History of Modern Paris 3 Credit Hours A history of the transformation of Paris due to revolutionary upheaval, city planning, mass transit, wars, and immigration. The course examines competing political and artistic visions of Paris, and the ethical and religious frameworks that influenced these visions. History majors and minors must complete a historiographic essay to receive seminar credit for this course.
Restrictions: Must be assigned one of the following Student Attributes: PPPU & Honors University Scholar History Major/Minor
